Yes, Gaelic died out. But MnE TV made lots of money

MNE TV - in a league of their own

Great to see MNE TV, owned and run by the chair of Bòrd na Gàidhlig, doing so well out of MG Alba's programming budget.

That's 21.6% of a programming budget of £11.6 million.

Gilleasbuig:

Guess the Bòrd won't be pushing for a change to programming any time soon!

Anns an dol seachad - Gu math thèid leis an fheadhainn a sheasas coirichean na Gàidhlig aig a' cho-labhairt an-diugh (15mh)*, cha bhi e idir furasda dhaibh bruidhinn an-àrd. Tha na fiosan-naidheachd sgrìobhte mar-thà - "Fhuair prògraman BBC Alba moladh mòr ..." - tha fhios agaibh air an t-seòrsa rud.

* Thugadh air MG Alba co-labhairt a chumail air 15mh Giblean 2016, far an d'fhuair corra dhaoine a bha diombach dheth na prògraman làn Beurla gearain a thogail. Ach, mar a bhiodh neach an dùil, chaidh a dhìochuimhneachadh gu sgiobalta.
